Customers from all industries worldwide rely on ilert for alerting, on-call management, and incident communication. We address a fundamental need of companies that offer 24/7 services.
Aufgaben
- Work directly with our Co-Founder & CEO by actively participating in the coordination and management of all strategic initiatives.
- Manage a variety of projects, ensuring timely and successful completion, and conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Support our growth by establishing the ilert brand to attract talent, defining staffing needs with the founders, and managing the candidate lifecycle from the first interview to onboarding.
- Support our operations (finance, legal, HR, office) and make our office a place people love to work at.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Profil
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university and graduated in the top 10% of your class.
- You have gained work experience (e.g. through internships), preferably in management consulting, venture capital, hyper-growth startups, or other fast-paced environments.
- You possess strong organizational and project management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are fluent in English and German.
