Are you an ambitious student looking to gain hands-on experience in the IT field while contributing to real-world projects? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our ERP System team. In this role, you will support various aspects of service management and gain valuable insights into IT.What you will do

• Service Management Support: Assist in managing and coordinating IT service processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective incident resolution.
• Incident and Requirement Analysis: Analyze incidents and requirements to support decision-making and issue resolution.
• Bug Fix Management: Monitor and manage the progress of Bug Fix RFCs (Request for Changes) to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
• Focus Incident Coordination: Support the coordination and communication of focus incidents, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and involved.

What you bring

• Field of Study: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English
• Experience: Prior experience or internships in IT Service Management is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Who You Will Work With

• Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with Customer Service departments, European Distribution/Manufacturing centers, and IT quality and project management teams.
• External Stakeholders: Engage with external partners, including Infor IMS, and coordinate with IT colleagues globally and across the EMEA region.
