The post-holder will work within Warwickshire Family Wraparound ServiceStaff will be based within Family Help localities within Warwickshire – address to be discussed at interview or priorFour positions availablePermanent with Funding until March 2027.Salary: £32,839.52 Per AnnumINFORMATION ABOUT THE ROLEWe are look for people who will work with families to ensure increased access to support for the whole family as part of a multidisciplinary team.The role will require you to develop relationships with several professionals across organisations and other service providers to enhance the emotional, mental health and wellbeing offer with the aim to increase the family’s personal resilience and empower them to manage their own mental health.We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team.This post has the following special circumstances:
