You will lead a dedicated team, develop and implement targeted sales strategies and take responsibility for our marketing approach. Your experience, implementation skills and communication skills are crucial for our joint success in establishing our service with a large number of partners and our end customers.NB: We would consider a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) title for candidates with the right profile, background and experience.About The Role:Commercial Strategy: You will lead the review and ongoing evolution of Liva’s commercial strategy, ensuring the company is well-positioned to excel in priority markets, geographies, and customer segments. This includes identifying new market opportunities and ensuring Liva is optimising its approach to meet evolving demands and competitive dynamics.Revenue Accountability: You will be directly responsible for achieving Liva’s revenue targets, ensuring accurate and consistent revenue forecasting for both the short and long term. This includes collaborating with the Board and key stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned on performance metrics.Market Analysis: You will regularly assess the competitive landscape, monitor industry trends, and evaluate emerging risks and opportunities. Based on these insights, you will continuously refine Liva’s sales and marketing approach to differentiate the company and capitalise on new opportunities.Customer Acquisition: With a hands-on approach, you will spearhead lead generation efforts, take the lead in closing high-value deals, and manage your own client portfolio. You will also oversee and coach the sales team to build a robust pipeline, manage relationships, and ensure they meet or exceed targets.Strategic Relationships: You will cultivate and maintain key long-term strategic partnerships with high-impact clients and industry partners. Leveraging these relationships will be a priority to drive business growth, deepen market penetration, and expand Liva’s presence.Effective Marketing: You will develop and lead impactful marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen Liva’s brand positioning in the market, ensuring these efforts resonate with both potential partners and end customers, inspiring long-term engagement.Leadership and Team Development: You will lead, mentor, and further develop a dynamic sales and marketing team, driving performance while ensuring alignment with Liva’s broader strategic objectives. This includes coordinating all activities related to sales and marketing to ensure all team members hit their targets.Industry Representation: As a key representative of Liva, you will attend and speak at national and international trade fairs, conferences, and congresses.
