Vehicle Technician – Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man – Basic up to £55,000 – Multi-Franchise Dealerships
Location: Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey (Channel Islands)
Job Title: Vehicle Technician – Diagnostic Technician – Master Technician – Relocation Opportunity
Salary: Up to £55,000 basic (depending on experience) + OTE
We are currently recruiting for Vehicle Technicians to join well-established, multi-franchise dealerships located across Guernsey, Jersey (Channel Islands), and the Isle of Man. Key responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician role include:

• Performing maintenance, servicing, and repair work to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently and accurately
• Recording all work carried out as per manufacturer and dealership processes
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace
• Communicating effectively with team members and customers
• Supporting the dealership’s goal of high levels of customer satisfaction

Minimum requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in motor vehicle repair
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership environment
• Strong technical skills and diagnostic ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the quality of your work
