Job Title: Vehicle Technician – Diagnostic Technician – Master Technician – Relocation Opportunity
Salary: Up to £55,000 basic (depending on experience) + OTE
We are currently recruiting for Vehicle Technicians to join well-established, multi-franchise dealerships located across Guernsey, Jersey (Channel Islands), and the Isle of Man. Key responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician role include:
- Performing maintenance, servicing, and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently and accurately
- Recording all work carried out as per manufacturer and dealership processes
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Supporting the dealership’s goal of high levels of customer satisfaction
Minimum requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in motor vehicle repair
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership environment
- Strong technical skills and diagnostic ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the quality of your work
