Overview:Responsibilities:We are seeking a proactive, commercially-focused UK Marketing Manager to build and lead local marketing efforts across lead generation, brand positioning, and internal communications.Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director, and with the support of a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the full marketing strategy and execution across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives on autonomy, creativity, and having a direct impact on business revenue.Lead Generation

  • Design, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, partnerships, content marketing) to drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing activities are aligned with revenue goals and support pipeline growth.
  • Manage CRM data integrity and marketing automation workflows to generate, nurture, and track leads (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms).
  • Own reporting on campaign performance and marketing ROI, suggesting improvements based on data.

Brand Management

  • Lead the development of Leyton’s UK brand presence in line with global guidelines but tailored to the UK market.
  • Create compelling marketing assets, including case studies, whitepapers, social media content, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure all external marketing communications are engaging, consistent, and brand aligned.

Internal Communications

  • Build and maintain strong internal communication channels to support employee engagement, cultural initiatives, and change communications.
  • Produce internal newsletters, announcements, event communications, and leadership messaging.

Employer Brand

  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to define and promote Leyton’s employer value proposition (EVP).
  • Create content and campaigns that showcase company culture, career development opportunities, and employee stories across LinkedIn, careers pages, and other platforms.
  • Support talent attraction through coordinated brand and comms initiatives aligned with hiring plans.
  • Partner on events, awards, and initiatives that build Leyton’s reputation as an employer of choice in the UK.

People Management

  • Line manage a Junior Marketing Executive/Coordinator: providing coaching, development, and workload prioritisation.
  • Build a strong, collaborative marketing culture.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ B2B marketing experience, preferably within consultancy, professional services, or innovation sectors.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful lead generation campaigns with measurable commercial impact.
  • Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo or equivalent).
  • Excellent written, visual, and digital communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, able to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience line-managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Creative, agile, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated with a “start-up” mentality and results-driven approach.
  • Good design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • SEO, Google Analytics, and paid search experience.
  • Understanding of B2B sales enablement practices.
