Reporting to the Senior Manager of Training and Documentation, this role helps ensure learning materials are effective, accurate, and aligned with business needs. The analyst partners with subject matter experts and instructional designers to support content development, analyse training impact, and contribute to the continuous improvement of both training and documentation initiatives.Key Responsibilities –
