We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Trade Asset Executive – Compliance & Reporting to join our Nestlé Coffee Partners team within the Nestlé Professional business. Reporting to the Trade Asset Executive System Support Manager, you will monitor and track key information to ensure the Trade Asset Park is accurate at all times and the CPD remains high of the Deployed Estate.A little bit about us

We want people to feel they can be themselves, dare greatly and believe their best is yet to come.A day in the life of a Trade Asset Executive …Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting on Key Global Performance Audit (GPA) questions: Cleanliness / Gram Throw / Pirate Products.
  • Working closely with Account Managers and Coffee Trainers to ensure the machine estate is providing coffee at End Customers to brand standards
  • Power BI – Telemetry Reporting – cascade information to Key Account Managers tracking actions and next steps
  • Downtime monitoring – Cascade information to Key Account Manager for visibility and liaise with Coffee Trainer team to contact customers
  • C4C v SAP Data Checks. Fortnightly reporting to check and resolve any issues with data mismatches
  • Close monitoring of any SIM or system outages. Liaise with Key Stakeholders to keep them updated of any issues
  • Provide End User Support of Nestlé Systems used to manage Trade Assets.

What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a close attention to detail and have previous experience in a sales support or operations role. You’ll be results-orientated and have a proven track record for consistently exceeding business objectives.You’ll also have:

  • SAP and C4C experience
  • Good problem solving (routine nature) and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise and respect deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft packages
  • Problem-solving and planning skills and able to work under pressure to manage a fluctuating workload
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to work alone as well as part of a team
