Job Description Summary In this role, you will serve as the technical focal point for Test Equipment, ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries and driving continuous improvement in product performance. You will lead investigations into field failures, provide technical support, and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Test Equipment at customer sites. This position involves extensive travel, both nationally and internationally, and requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
