This role involves direct selling to both new and existing customers, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, while providing technical expertise. With up to 70% travel, you’ll meet face-to-face with clients, driving growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned products and services through direct selling to both new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement business strategies to generate new sales opportunities and foster customer relationships.
- Book product demos, manage customer visits, and create proposals and quotes.
- Identify customer needs by analyzing their manufacturing processes and offer suitable solutions from the Hexagon MI portfolio.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and collaborate with local business partners.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring forecast accuracy and following best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, CNC programming, or CAD/CAM solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of manufacturing challenges.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Full clean driving license and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- A target-driven, self-motivated individual with a track record of exceeding sales objectives.
