Professional SummaryAs a Technical Program Manager you will interface with various Business/Operations/Technology partners, understand business/customer ideas/thoughts, convert them into detailed technical requirements and prepare roadmap. You will work closely work with Automation team, Technology Service teams and drive innovation and best practice adoption. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of teams and customers, have a track record of on-time delivery of large scale projects, and have the ability to operate independently and autonomously. Maturity, judgment, communication skills, negotiation skills and influencing skills are all essential as you interact with cross functional teams worldwide.

  • Experience in a software focused program/project management and in the business technology market in IaaS, PaaS, cloud computing and/or emerging technologies.
  • Comfortable talking about technical things with business people and business things with technical people. Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
  • Experience in understanding of architecting and developing large scale distributed systems on Cloud.
  • Experience in Managing project schedules, identifying possible issues and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
  • Work with key stakeholders in Business, Operations, Engineering, and Service/Development teams to ensure requirements are translated into actionable roadmaps ·
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
  • Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer facing experience of discovery, assessment, execution, and operations.
  • Willingness to travel around 30%-40%.
