You’ll craft course content specifications and engaging lesson plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ensure alignment with the latest product features. Through a blend of classroom lectures, online formats, and hands-on laboratory sessions, you’ll deliver impactful instruction.   • Strategic role within the DT transformational change management (TCM), I2R, and functional teams to assess learning content
  • Sparring Partnership with the Business Leaders on reviewing and defining the organizational development steps in alignment with the business needs, technical learning strategies to enable achievement of corporate goals and ultimately triggering local individual development plans
  • Concept creation, development and operational implementation of technical trainings, tailored to the needs of our product development and engineering team members
  • Process supervision, coaching and guidance towards subject matter experts (SMEs) and content creators to enhance training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises
  • Deliver impactful, meaningful, and relevant instruction through a blend of classroom instruction, virtual training, workshops, hands-on sessions, and one-on-one coaching
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees, helping them troubleshoot technical issues and apply their learning to real-world projects
  • Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
  • Work closely with Change Management, TCM, I2R, and other DT workstreams, and Organizational Learning and Development to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives

Ihr ProfilWho we’re looking for

  • PhD in an engineering-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Physics) with 15+ years of proven experience as a technical trainer for complex hardware engineering
  • Deep Knowledgeable in the use of product lifecycle management (PLM) applications in a Clean Product Development Environment
  • Strong understanding of high-tech research and development processes, methodologies, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
  • Proficiency in delivering training materials using tools and platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels
  • Passion for continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification as LEAP Lecturer
  • Advanced experience with Siemens Teamcenter, SAP, and 3D CAD tools
  • Experience working in complex product development environments with global technical teams, such as engineering and advanced research and development
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)

A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills.
