We’re looking for a dynamic Retail Floor Manager to lead and inspire the team on the shop floor of our flagship Stadium Store. This is your chance to be part of one of the most iconic clubs in the country and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to thousands of fans.The RoleAs Retail Floor Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind day-to-day operations, ensuring sales targets are met, customer service exceeds expectations, and visual standards reflect the prestige of the club. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll step up in their absence and act as a key leader across all areas of the stadium store.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive commercial performance by achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targetsDeliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every supporter’s visit is memorableLead the shop floor team, providing daily direction, motivation and performance feedbackMonitor and analyse key trading reports including bestsellers and non-sellers, reacting to opportunities quicklyOversee visual merchandising and shopfloor replenishment to ensure consistency and brand alignmentActively contribute to loss prevention measures, including stock checks, audits, and daily proceduresSupport recruitment, training, and induction of new retail staffAssist in store operations including cash handling, banking, payroll, and opening/closing dutiesPerson Specification:We’re looking for a confident and motivated individual with a strong background in retail and a love for sport and service.
