How Factors
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD5+ years of substantial business experience with 3+ years’ experience managing strategic relationships with financial services and technology solution providers
Proven track record and business experience on issuing and acquiring related projects in an international environment
Open minded and excited about the future technologies, willing to learn and work in a multicultural environment
Effective influencing and communication skills to secure buy-in from clients and stakeholders
Commercial understanding and the ability to identify opportunities and proactively propose solutions
Highly skilled communicator, both written and verbalThe Senior Group AE for Issuing & Acquiring is responsible for the overall rollout and coordination of the Group Client partnership program for issuing and acquiring projects.
