The headquarter is in Austria, however we’re building our team globally with the best people, and that’s where you come in.Software Engineer (m/f/x) for R&DGraz, AUT | Hybrid | Full-time (38.5h/week) or Part-time (min 20h/week, initially limited, then full-time) | Immediate StartWhat you’ll be doing:You’ll be warmly welcomed as a member of a multinational agile team consisting of highly skilled software enthusiasts. Within the Engineering team, these might be your main tasks:Your code will be deployed to our worldwide used cloud-based enterprise solutions.You’ll play an active role in all aspects of the software engineering life cycle, from design to implementation, quality assurance and defect fixing.You’ll implement innovative software solutions in Java and Typescript using Spring, React or NodeJs.You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology stacks based on cloud native technologies (K8S or serverless).You’ll be using state of the art cloud-based infrastructure (CI/CD, code analysis, monitoring…).As you gain experience in Software Engineering, after a while we expect you to take over responsibility to coach / lead others.What you bring to the role:You are in the final year of your study or have completed an IT education (HTL, FH, TU in Software Engineering, Software Design, Cloud Computing, Information and Computer Engineering or similar) and you can show excellent academic performance.You have knowledge in software development with focus on Java and/or TypeScriptYou have already put theory into practice – in other words, you have first relevant experience in programming, whether professionally or private projects. Please, tell us more about that in your application!You are a quick learner and interested in continuously augmenting your skills.You are constructive, outcome oriented and can inspire others.You have the willingness and the potential to take on responsibility and support others.You are a good team player, listen to others actively and come up with your own ideas.You work independently, but keen network and know when it’s time to fall back on it.You have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
