What you will do:

• Complete community and placement reviews efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments on various aspects including tenancy, finances, and residence.
• Execute safeguarding adults work to protect those in vulnerable positions.
• Engage in legal and Court of Protection work, including s.21 challenges and preparing papers for the appointment of deputies and appointees.
• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, contributing to team discussions.
• Experience in developing, advising on and reviewing Direct Payment care plans is highly desirable.
• Perform Carers Assessments and offer general support to carers.
• Provide clear and concise advice to vulnerable adults.
• Apply relevant legislation to practice, demonstrating strong legal knowledge.
• Learn or bring experience in using the Mosaic application alongside other IT systems.
