Small Works Project Manager – Fire Systems
Midlands
£40,000 – £45,00 DOEWe’re looking for a Small Works Project Manager to oversee fire protection system installs and remedial works (typically under £50k). You’ll manage projects from survey to sign-off, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver small-scale fire system projects.
• Survey sites, prepare quotes, and define scopes of work.
• Schedule labour and materials.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations (e.g. BS 5839).
• Maintain records, manage variations, and carry out quality checks.
• Resolve technical/site issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Experience in fire system installation or project management.
• Strong knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems.
• Able to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence and relevant certifications (e.g. FIA, ECS).
