This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development and distribution of renewable energy across the region.ResponsibilitiesProject Supervision: Oversee the daily operations at the substation site, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.Team Management: Lead and manage site personnel, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation.Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations and practices to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all staff and contractors on site.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of construction progress, resource allocation, and other critical data.
