Site Supervisor (Groundworks)£35,000 – £40,000 + Progression + Training + Vehicle + Company BenefitsCheltenhamAre you a Site Supervisor or similar from a Groundworks background looking for a varied role where you will be the go-to person on the site of major projects within a well-established company who offer technical progression and a range of other company benefits including a bonus?This is an autonomous role where you will be the go-to person on site, your responsibilities will include organising crews and materials, undertaking site performance checks and client liaison whilst ensuring that all engineers are delivering the company’s high standards of quality until the completion of the project.On offer is the opportunity for a Site supervisor or similar from a groundworks background to work on major projects and technically progress within a well-established company who offer a generous benefits package including progression opportunities, and a company vehicle.The Role:

• Split between site work and office based
• Daily briefs, ordering materials, setting out plans
• Organize the supply of necessary materials to the site
• Opportunities for technical progression and development
• Happy to stay away regularly

The Person:

• Site Supervisor or similar
• Groundworks background
• Full Driving Licence
