Our client is a London-based building contractor specialising in high-end construction, project management, and bespoke joinery. Operating throughout London and the Home Counties, they focus on delivering luxury residential projects in collaboration with architects, interior designers, private clients, and management companies. Established in 2014, the company has earned a strong reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and trusted relationships within the industry. Their core team includes experienced plumbers, electricians, carpenters, decorators, and labourers, allowing them to maintain quality control across all stages of the build. With a workforce of 11 to 50 employees.ABOUT THE ROLEAbout the RoleOur client is a well-established and highly respected main contractor specialising in high-end residential construction. With a strong portfolio of bespoke projects ranging from £2 million to £4.5 million, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of luxury residential builds.The successful candidate will be expected to manage site operations from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality, strict adherence to programme and budget, and seamless coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and the end client.   • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing high-end residential projects, ideally with a main contractor.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering projects independently from groundworks through to completion.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods, building regulations, and site safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and in-house teams.
