- Create engaging, scalable digital learning media (e-learning, videos, microlearning, mobile learning, etc.).
- Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Adapt content to match brand and culture, ensuring it’s globally applicable and aligned with Red Bull’s strategic goals.
- Provide solutions based on industry best practices and academic evidence.
MANAGE LEARNING PLATFORMS & TOOLS
- Maintain and optimize the HR channel of Red Bull’s Learning Management System.
- Ensure seamless delivery of digital learning across regions, departments, and languages.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and data analytics to enhance learner engagement.
MEASURE IMPACT AND CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT
- Define key learning KPIs and track usage, completion rates, knowledge retention, and behavioral impact.
- Use learner feedback, analytics, and business outcomes to refine digital solutions.
- Benchmark against industry trends and bring innovation to learning strategy.
TAKE OWNERSHIP OF GLOBAL TALENT DEVELOPMENT LEARNING TECHNOLOGY
- Own learning technology within the Global Talent Development team and lead the thinking on latest research from the worlds of media, tech, psychology, neuroscience, and business.
- Share knowledge with others in the team and wider business.
- Keep abreast of industry and internal changes which may require a change in strategy or approach.
- Propose changes to existing technology to ensure Red Bull retains a competitive edge in their specialist area.
COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION
- Work closely with other team members, functional talent development teams and markets to deliver world-class digital learning solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors or internal creative teams when needed.
- Share insights and updates on learning technology initiatives with relevant stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive successful talent development outcomes.
EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
- 5+ years in a digital Learning & Development role or Talent Development, ideally within global or regional environments.
- Qualifications in either Communication / Media, Digital Media Design, Multimedia Production, Psychology, Information Technology / Computer Science, Instructional Design or Educational Technology.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience designing and delivering digital learning content using tools like Articulate (Rise, Storyline), Evolve, or similar.
- Hands-on experience administering LMS platforms, ideally Intellum.
- Track record of working with cross-functional and international teams to roll out scalable learning initiatives.
- Experience managing learning projects end-to-end, from needs analysis through to impact measurement.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learner engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of digital learning trends and tools (e.g., microlearning, mobile-first design, AI in L&D).
- Familiarity with learning analytics and data interpretation to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Able to translate business needs into digital learning solutions with measurable impact.

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
