We have a range of working patterns to suit you, get in touch to see if we can help.Overview of the roleThe role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers, whilst making sure you always provide the highest level of care and lead by example. You will also liaise with the seniors in the home reporting any matters of concern. You must have experience in the care sector and have the willingness to learn and expand on your previous knowledge. Not only will you make a huge difference to people’s lives, but you’ll be able to enjoy days out, trips away and join in with many more activities, all of which ensures the people we work with are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives.Key duties

The home supports up to 10 young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs. Outside is a large, safe garden, divided into relaxation and recreation areas. Ballards Ash has a Day Activities Coordinator who develops individually tailored activity programmes based on individual preference and capability.Disclaimer:
