The positionAs of now we are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager RCV, who operates within the therapeutic area (TA) of Immunology, Oncology and Mental Health (IOMH). This role ensures cross-functional oversight and alignment of strategic objectives for brands within this TA. You will be under the supervision of the IOMH TA head, but it is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the day-to-day operations, demonstrating leadership and coordination.Tasks & reponsibilities

• Maximize patient engagement with brands at each stage of life cycle within the RCV region
• Propose and implement corrective actions when performance metrics are not met, including resource reallocation strategies
• Demonstrate the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Drive collaboration among commercial, medical, and access teams in achieving shared goals and aligning on vision
• Anticipate and share cross-functional insights to foster insight-driven, customer-centric decision-making

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Medicine, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of cross-functional experience (marketing, market access, medicine, sales, etc.) with a strong local market awareness; leadership experience is a plus
• Proven ability to inspire and lead collaboratively and strong cross-functional business acumen
• Deep understanding of customer needs and brand planning, with the potential for strategic development
• Fluency in oral and written English

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 97.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications.
