Are you an experienced Pre-Construction professional looking for a dynamic role with a leading construction firm? A leading Main Contractor is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to spearhead pre-construction activities, drive strategic planning, and enhance project delivery across high-profile commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.About the RoleAs the Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you will oversee bid management, tender processes, and project planning, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that align with budgetary and timeline requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction strategy, including bid preparation and tender submissions.
• Develop project programmes, ensuring feasibility and cost-efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to refine project scope.
• Assess risks and provide strategic solutions for optimising project outcomes.
• Oversee contractual negotiations and value engineering processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager within industrial warehouse fit out.
• Strong understanding of fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Expertise in bid/tender management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage remote collaboration effectively.
