Location: Hybrid / Worcestershire

This could be the role for you.We are supporting a reputable service-led organisation in the Worcestershire area in their search for a Senior FP&A Analyst. Following a recent change in ownership and a renewed focus on market responsiveness and service viability, the business is entering an exciting new phase. This role will be pivotal in shaping the financial future of the organisation.The OpportunitySitting between two existing capable FP&A specialists-one focused on cost, the other on revenue-this role has been created to bridge the gap, offering a holistic view across both income and expenditure. You’ll work in close partnership with the Head of Finance, supporting strategic decision-making through analysis that evaluates service viability across short- and long-term horizons.This role is not a traditional management accounting position, but rather one requiring someone with strong commercial awareness, attention to market trends, and the ability to challenge and guide stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning and analysis across both cost and revenue lines * Capex/Opex expereinceDeliver scenario modelling and commercial insight to support strategic decisions * Producing complex financial analysis and reporting

Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to evaluate service profitability and sustainabilityWork proactively with the Head of Finance to challenge assumptions and inform investment decisionsContribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning cyclesSupport the business in navigating a changing landscape with newly appointed ownershipAbout You:Proven experience in a commercial FP&A role with a clear focus on both cost and revenueStrong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilitiesExcellent analytical, modelling, and communication skills – able to distil complex data into actionable insightConfident, articulate, and proactive in nature, with a strong understanding of service-based businessesACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)The Offer:Competitive salary up to £70,000Annual bonus of 10%Hybrid working model (2-3 days onsite per week in Worcestershire)Supportive and forward-thinking finance leadership teamThis is a fantastic opportunity to take a commercially influential role within a business on the cusp of transformation.
