You’ll provide technical expertise, support junior team members, and ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a role that combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance, training, and on-the-job support.
• Respond to emergency service calls and ensure rapid resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including inspections, repairs, and part replacements.
• Ensure all work is compliant with current legislation, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with management to improve service processes and contribute to team development.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience as a multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer, with a proven track record in servicing and maintaining systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising a team.
• Strong IT skills, including knowledge of networks and connected devices.
• Ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach to work, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Participation in an on-call rota.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
