Our fields of activity are the development and establishment of digitally driven innovative business models, products and services, omnichannel marketing and sales including e-commerce, operational excellence and process optimisation as well as implementation and transformation management. We work for clients from the world of B2C and B2B retail, manufacturers and industrial clients, financial services, real estate, smart cities and the public sector. The majority of our projects take place in German-speaking countries, while at the same time our involvement in international consulting activities and projects is growing.
Aufgaben
- Strategic consulting for our customers in the development of digitally driven business models and business cases
- Development of operational implementation concepts including operational models, required infrastructures, process design and team setups
- Strategic and operational consulting in the areas of digital business models, product & service innovation, omnichannel marketing, e-commerce, customer relationship management, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
- Management and control of operational implementation
- Creation of briefings, requirements documents, functional concepts and functional product specifications, e.g. in cooperation with development partners or agencies
- Coaching of customers in the implementation of e-commerce activities or digital business models
- Support for acquisitions
- Independent responsibility for the implementation of customer projects up to complete responsibility of small and medium-sized customers; support of our partners in the management of large customers
Profil
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field of study with very successful results (Master’s degree desirable)
- At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, mid-sized companies or corporate groups in the areas of digital transformation, business models, products and service, processes
- At least 2 years of experience in content, financial and organizational consulting for clients and projects in phases of strategy development, solution conception, implementation management, market launch and scaling
- At least 1 year of experience leading internal teams and external implementation partners
- Experience in at least two of our core industries: Retail, Real Estate, Industrial and Engineering, Mobility and Financial Services
- Expertise in at least two of the following: Omnichannel commerce, marketplace and platform economics, business model innovation, product & service innovation, organizational transformation, XaaS
- Experience with disruptive key technologies such as IoT or AI
- Experience with agile methodologies, user-centric methodologies, UX, design thinking, lean startup, rapid prototyping
- Basic entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, in German and English
