People like you.The opportunityWe are looking for an outstanding Senior Campaign Manager, Financial Services (Banking and Insurance) to help drive expansion at one of the most exciting and fast-growing decision intelligence companies. This role will be responsible for raising awareness and accelerating pipeline growth in Financial Services, focused on driving momentum for Quantexa. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and award-winning team and play an instrumental role in the next phase of Quantexa’s impressive scale-up journey following its $129 million Series E funding round taking the company’s valuation up to $1.8 billion. Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence Platform is helping organizations in the public and private sectors solve major challenges across financial crime, risk, fraud, and data management.What you’ll be doing

  • Establish best practices and scalable programmatic efforts for their industry go-to-markets.
  • Spearhead the evolution of Banking and Insurance industry messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies globally in close alignment with sales, product marketing and management, and key field stakeholders. Responsibilities will be split 75% focused on banking and 25% focused on insurance.
  • Direct brand awareness and demand generation efforts to support revenue objectives, collaborating with Corporate Marketing, Digital, Demand, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Develop campaign framework and execute integrated marketing plan to drive demand at the platform and solution suite level and within the Financial Services industry.
  • Own defining the customer journey and ensuring we have the right touch points, content, CTA’s throughout, automating as much of the effort as possible.
  • Maintain calendar of all go-to-market activities including relevant events, PR, sales enablement, partner marketing, social, and digital campaigns.
  • Partner with Alliance Sales and Marketing teams to formulate the Financial Services through and with partner marketing strategy.
  • Track and measure all marketing programs, recording costs, leads, and influenced and sourced opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the BDR team to optimize ROI from campaigns, ensuring targeted messaging and collecting feedback for broader marketing insights.
  • Work closely with sales and field marketing teams to devise and implement ABM plans for top strategic Banking accounts.
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal partners and external agencies, such as designers, content writers, and third-party resources to develop relevant campaign assets including eBooks, whitepaper, webinars, etc.
  • Create short form copy and assets when necessary, such as email copy, landing pages, and banner ads using pre-defined templates.
  • In partnership with the Demand Center, determine best go-to-market channels to reach relevant personas with relevant messaging where they consume information.
  • In partnership with Field Marketing, implement local events strategy and programs aligned with overall Banking corporate and campaign objectives.
  • Provide recurring campaign updates to key stakeholders with data-driven insights and next steps.

RequirementsWhat you’ll bring.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly within risk and compliance.
  • Proven marketing expertise in a B2B tech company, with a focus on managing campaigns for the Financial Services sector.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology environment, with the ability to build and lead B2B marketing and digital strategies.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of ABM and field marketing concepts, along with best practices in strategy and execution.
  • Familiarity with Martech platforms and Salesforce.com (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with flexibility, a sense of humor, and a positive attitude.
