Aufgaben

• Supporting our clients in analyzing their business and helping them to achieve their digitalization goals.
• Developing and implementing solutions for operational processes and underlying technologies to solve problems efficiently.
• Analyzing the needs and the status quo in order to improve these with suitable implementation processes.
• Identifying, analyzing and formulating complex requirements for processes and IT systems.
• Analysis, evaluation and documentation of business process requirements.
• Conceptual design, implementation and moderation of requirements and strategy workshops.
• Development and documentation of business processes, use cases, user stories, interfaces and data models.
• Ongoing coordination with technical experts, architects, developers and relevant stakeholders.
• Close collaboration in agile project teams with business decision-makers and technical implementers.
• Management of several customer projects to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Developing new approaches and positioning our consulting products to support our clients.

Profil

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a similar field.
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of business analysis, business intelligence or in strategic departments such as finance, marketing, operations or IT.
• Enthusiasm for the analysis and optimization of business strategies and business processes.
• Strong analytical skills, quick learning and good abstraction skills.
• Agile, results-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• High willingness to take responsibility and proactively promote positive team dynamics.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Very good German and English language skills at a minimum C1 level.
