Tasks Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Actively sourcing and prospecting new customers to generate new business within the semiconductor industry Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs. Sales Execution: Collaborating with internal teams to execute trades and organize orders Requirements 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in semiconductor or similar industries. A bachelor’s degree in business management, Sales Management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Proven success in sales, including cold calling, relationship building, and exceeding high sales KPIs. A great understanding of market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape is preferred. Familiarity with global supply chains, sourcing strategies, and logistics is advantageous. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Great understanding of different cultural nuances and business practices to help facilitate effective communication and relationship building is a must Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal.
