Job Title: Scrum MasterContract Type: PermanentLocation: LondonWorking style: Hybrid 50% home/office basedClosing date: 8th June 2025We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our Technology team within Royal London Asset Management (RLAM).You will collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure business benefits are realised on time, or early, within budget and to agreed quality standards.This is an exciting time to join RLAM as we work to deliver business outcomes and associated solutions incrementally, focusing on delivery, while continuously improving.About the role
- Coordinating Agile teams’ work and interactions with stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring Agile is understood.
- Facilitating improvement activities, external reporting, and the removal of obstacles.
- Supporting the Development Team to build working software.
- Coaching the development team
- Supporting the Product Owner
- Providing a Service to the Organisation
- Supporting the Product Owner
- Demonstrating positive behaviours that reflect an adaptive and agile mindset.
About you
- Demonstrable active Scrum Master experience ideally gained within an Asset Management environment or Financial Services.
- Excellent understanding of software development, the software development roles and how they work together.
- Flexible and adaptable to different business and technical environments.
- Delivery focused.
- Excellent planning, co-ordination and organisation skills.
- Good understanding of stakeholders and team members’ objectives, challenges, concerns and needs.
- Excellent leadership skills and “can do” attitude – can inspire and energise people by gaining respect and trust.
- Ability to listen, challenge and influence.
- A team player.
