• Build strong client relationships, securing repeat business and referrals

• Lead your team through regular 1:1s, reviews, and meetings
• Deliver results through effective team management, planning, and execution

Looking for someone who:

• Has solid Estate Agency and customer service experience
• Is target-driven with a proven record of hitting goals
• Can effectively manage and motivate a team
• Brings enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
• Has high standards of service and presentation
• Is organised and full of ideas for market growth
• Owns a vehicle with a full driving licence and insurance for business use
• Has the legal right to work in the UK
