Key Focus

  • Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with our clients, emphasizing trust, respect, and the delivery of high-quality service.

  • Proactively identify and pursue revenue opportunities within our existing client base, ensuring achievement of budgeted revenue and margin targets.

  • Contract Management to ensure all risk is minimized to the company for loss of production and materials.

  • Asset Management to ensure all equipment is at an appropriate level to hire.

  • Logistics and transportation is a critical task that requires key focus to ensure timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Demonstrate strong commercial and financial proficiency, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting.

  • Conduct business negotiations strategically to safeguard the company’s interests.

  • Lead and manage a sales/operation team at the national level, providing effective guidance and direction.

  • Report quarterly individual sales and operational deliveries for team as required.

  • Maintain constant and effective communication with the SAP Modernization Manager, Country Service Manager and financial Controller regarding financial reporting.

  • Collaborative leader that actively engages with all Carrier business units to increase wallet share.

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft, CRMs and other sales related platforms like Salesforce.

  • Drive a culture of continual improvement, focusing on enhancing processes, procedures, and documentation in the controls/modernization domain.

  • Where applicable collaborate with the Rental Sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities for total turnkey solutions.

  • Establish regular communication with the sales and operations teams to drive vertical market opportunities from the service base, aligning with GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and considering ISP’s (Independent Service Providers) and CML requirements.

  • Assist the Country Service Manager and Financial teams in resolving and finalizing outstanding debtors’ issues, including disputed payments and those beyond acceptable terms, with a proactive approach that may involve attending periodic debtor meetings or discussions.

  • Engage in discussions with SAP (South Asia and Pacific) leaders to shape broader GTM strategies, identify growth areas, and fulfill all required reporting requirements, including CRM visibility.

  • Possess a strong understanding of the HVAC service industry/market and communicate new market strategies while developing business opportunities that align with profit targets for the company.

  • Collaborate actively with team members to offer innovative system solutions to customers, taking a lead role in discussions related to plant/system operations to assist the division in achieving its goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Expectations

  • Expected Market growth >25% Y.O.Y.

  • Orders factor to be >10% above year plan.

  • Maintain a minimum 60% margin on overall delivery

  • Collaboration with the Modernization team to grow market share.

  • 100% Team Absorption, all direct head count to be recovered.

  • CRM (Salesforce) All entries not to be more than 15 days past expected ward date.

  • EH&S site audits > 1 per month.

  • Maintain Company standards by ensuring personal adherence to Company policies and practices.

  • Always maintain confidentiality with regard to employee information and personal data.
