Essential Experience:

• Managing pay cycles and reward programs
• Delivering reward projects, including pay and bonus reviews, and annual benefits
• Applying job evaluation methodologies
• Conducting data analysis and assessing impact
• Confidently making decisions and engaging in challenging conversations

Desired Experience:

• Experience with union pay negotiations
• Knowledge of restructures and TUPE from a reward perspective
