• At least 8+ years of post-qualification experience
• Proven management expertise.
• Strong networking and business development
• Experience handling and independently managing a personal caseload.
• Proficiency in IT, including Office 365, with familiarity in case management systems preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and pragmatic approach to tasks and challenges.
