Residential Conveyancer/Fee Earner – Dynamic and Flexible Law FirmA well-established, forward-thinking and family-friendly law firm is looking to appoint a residential conveyancer. This could be paralegal/legal executive or solicitor who is capable of running their own files.What’s on Offer?

The RoleYou will join a reputable team, handling a broad range of conveyancing matters, focused on delivering a top-tier client service. Your caseload will be varied but you will have support. The team in Sutton Coldfield consists of an experienced conveyancer and experienced secretary and they are now looking to grow.The Ideal Candidate

• A Paralegal or Fee Earner with the ability to handle your own caseload
• Proven ability to provide exceptional client service
• A proactive approach to maintaining and building relationships with local agents
