RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 + PQE, LINCOLNSHIRE/ HYRBID, £30,000 + DOE. Multi-service law firm, hybrid working available. JOB REF: 0354

• The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for their own varied caseload of matters to include, sales, purchases, transfers, new builds, freehold and leasehold.

• Applications are opened to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The ideal candidate will have Commercial Property experience; however, it is not an essential requirement.

• You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.

• The firm requires office presence; however, they can offer hybrid working arrangements for the right candidate.
