Are you an experienced customer service professional with experience of managing a team to provide the highest levels of service? If so, RLR have a great opportunity for you to be a part of a brand new team opening a Build to Rent (BTR) development in Bristol!As Resident Services Manager for this new Bristol location, you will be integral to the mobilisation of a brand-new BTR asset, recruit and lead the on-site team and ensure outstanding resident experience at all times.With close to 300 first-class units at the development, exceptional amenities and a fantastic location in the City – this development has everything! There is massive potential within this role so please reach out to Francis at RLR to find more about this position and the opportunity available!Role : Resident Services Manager (Build to Rent)Location : BristolSalary : £40,000 + BonusRole Overview :Customer Service & Resident Engagement – Take the lead with all aspects of resident engagement ensuring a first class events programme and facilitate building of a community amongst residentsLeasing Performance – Ensure a seamless and high level experience is provided during the leasing journey and throughout the tenancy periodTeam Leadership – Work closely with your team to ensure motivation and engagement and carry out staff training, KPI monitoring and recruitmentAsset Performance Management – Support the GM in all areas of building management to ensure the highest levels of performanceWho we are searching for :A motivated individual with previous management experience in a residential property, hospitality role or similarA strong understanding of the residential lettings process ideally combined with a good understanding of the BTR industryCustomer service experience, including negotiation skills, complaints handling and dealing with difficult situationsAn innovative and dynamic approach to identifying issues and mitigating those risks in a cost effective and efficient mannerIRPM/ ARLA Qualification – must be willing to undertake training and complete qualification within first 6 months of employment if not heldWe look forward to hearing from you and discussing this role further!
