Well-established research consultancy specialising in the global retail financial services sector.The opportunity
This growing team needs a Manager with a passion for leading, coaching and mentoring. You will also have responsibility for delivering both quantitative and qualitative research including depth interviews, market forecasting, data analysis and report writing. This is a client-facing role and will include presentation and relationship-building. You will be joining a supportive, collegiate data services team and the business offers plenty of opportunity for training and longer-term career development.About you
To be a successful in the role, you will be a seasoned people manager with strong quant research skills and a flair for client engagement . Prior knowledge of finance or retail banking is not required, but a curiosity about the industry would be definite plus.Salary & Benefits
