Intro The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 135,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) , in Vienna. We are looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support our Scientific Publications team starting from December 2024/January 2025 . Tasks Conceptualisation and execution of surveys and research concerning the ESR’s professional and scientific projects Data collection from surveys and our own databases Preparation and reporting of statistics and evaluations/analyses Investigations and research (e.g. PubMed or other databases of academic publishing) Conceptualisation and writing assistance of scientific papers and statements Administrative support (knowledge management and documentation) Requirements Academic research and publishing experience Good command of written and spoken academic English (C1 or higher) Experience with statistics programs is a benefit Familiarity with medical and scientific terminology is a benefit Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills Benefits A modern office in the heart of Vienna (U1, U2, U3 and U4) An exciting and empowering company culture with passionate people A diverse set of tasks in a meaningful and international setting Possibility to work in Home Office partially Possibility to work flexitime Paid lunch break The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,500.00 (14 times per year).
