Job Description:This position is for a 24 hour call center and the shift will be 8am-4:30pm CST on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You are also required to work one day out of the weekend.We are seeking a Service Center Support rep who can work remotely from home and provide customer service to injured workers.Responsibility
- Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention from doctors.
- Ensures injured workes have all the necessary paperwork to seek treatment.
- Provides administrative processes support for routine “back office” tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requirements:
- Ability to Multi-task
- Computer Skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Preferred:
- Bilingual Spanish – Fluent (Takes Spanish speaking calls)
