  • Assist portfolio owners in delivering new and increased lending requests as well as managing problem debt cases supporting with credit report writing, risk analysis and transaction fulfilment for customers across a range of sectors.
  • Assisting Coverage RM’s to build sustainable, long term relationships by contributing to intelligent risk taking and delivery of good customer outcomes.
  • Building a network within the bank and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders across end-to-end lending journey & product partners.
  • Contributing to a strong risk management culture and ensure we operate within established governance & processes.
  • Working alongside colleagues to support customers who are experiencing challenges which take them outside of the Bank’s lending appetite and require enhanced credit risk monitoring.
  • Building your banking experience by learning about systems, processes and customer products as well as developing your awareness and knowledge of the Commercial Banking market.

At NatWest we offer apprenticeship programmes for candidates who have little or no qualifications or experience in the subject of study.If you have substantial experience or qualifications in the apprenticeship subject, you may be overqualified and not meet the programme criteria. Please make sure you have checked the FAQs before applying to ensure you meet the requirements.EligibilityIt would be ideal if you can provide evidence of your grade A-C or Level 4, Maths and English GCSE or equivalent results, but this is not necessary to start with us as an apprentice.
