This role is crucial for ensuring first-class service delivery, recruiting potential partners, fostering depot relationships, and driving network growth. You will be the main point of contact, solving problems and being accountable on a day to day basis. To thrive in this role you will need to be approachable and be able to maintain strong relationships.You will have up to circa 20 partners within your region ensuring they are compliant with the TPN operation and sustainable. With high accountability, the RNM maintains and enhances TPN’s reputation through proactive management, strategic planning, and effective communication. To be successful in this role you will need to have commercial awareness and be able to influence and negotiate accordingly.This is a regional role looking after the South West region with regular travel to Swadlincote therefore you must be willing to travel.What will you be doing?
