Some of the matters you’ll be involved in will include the sale and purchase of farms, estates, and rural properties, as well as advising on agricultural tenancies, rights of way, and environmental issues. You will work closely with experienced professionals on large, complex transactions, benefiting from their mentorship and support. Additionally, you will manage your own smaller-scale transactions, providing you with hands-on experience to further develop your skills and knowledge. Ideal candidates will have 0-3 years PQE and experience or knowledge of commercial property transactions.Please note, you are not expected to have gained exposure to all of these areas but a willingness to learn and a proactive approach are required.
