Shifts: Nights 10pm til 6am (You must be able to train on days beforehand).You must be available to go for an induction Friday and start training next week.About the Role:AM 2 PM Recruitment are looking for reliable and experienced Reach Drivers to join our client’s dynamic team in Derby. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth running of their warehouse operations and maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and service.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload deliveries in line with site procedures
- Move stock to and from designated areas within the warehouse
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any faults or issues
- Work closely with the warehouse and transport teams to meet deadlines and service levels
- Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and records
- Comply with health & safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- At least 6 months experience working on FLT in a logistics environment
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock movement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
