Property SolicitorLondon CitySalary dependent on experienceOur well-established client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor/ Conveyancer/Fee Earner to join their very busy Property department in their London Office.Duties and Responsibilities:· Managing a mixed caseload of residential & commercial property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and right to buy· To process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner· Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders· Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.Skills and Experience:Required· Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing your own caseload· Recent practical experience working in the legal profession· Be organised and process driven· Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice· Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care· Be IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)· Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone.Desirable· Experience using a case management system (ideally LEAP)We welcome applicants from a legal background, early in their career, with a desire to develop further.

Expected salary

£40000 – 60000 per year
