The companies aim is to deliver high quality developments in the community to meet local needs, that are designed with architectural flair to enhance the local environment.Block Manager – Developer – Key Duties:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and relevant legislation

• Develop and manage service charge budgets, invoicing, monitor expenditure, and provide accurate financial reports to clients and stakeholders

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, leaseholders and suppliers, dealing with enquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner

• Manage the day-to-day operations of blocks, including maintenance, repairs, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Collaborate with other internal teams, accounts, legal etc to ensure smooth operations and efficient service

• LPE1’s & other notices

• Manage insurance renewals and claims

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to block management activities.

• Keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

Block Manager – Developer – Person Profile:

• Previous experience in Block Management

• AIRPM/MIRPM qualification or on way to completing it

• Manual Drivers License essential

• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial management

• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including Landlord and Tenant Act, Health and Safety regulations, and Section 20 procedures
