Property Litigation LawyerAn established Litigation department with of 50 employees has a new opportunity for a Property Litigation Lawyer to work upon a good quality case load involving predominately residential disputes as well and wide banking litigation and commercial property disputes. Working in the firm’s Bristol office on a hybrid basis the successful Property Litigation Lawyer will take responsibility of a varied caseload on behalf on established clients.Skills
Good experience of Court litigation processes
Previous property litigation experience including possession claims, rent disputes and leasehold disputes.Salary dependent upon experience.
