We advise our customers on how to realize their digital business ambitions, consult on how to advance their ability to create value from data, compose edge-to-cloud solutions to enable execution, and create the basis to operate the environment, providing a seamless cloud experience everywhere.In a typical day as Customer Project Manager you:

• Build relationship with our customers to collect, translate and manage requirements, manage expectation and ensure proactive communication
• Form, lead and coordinate multi-national project teams (including third party agencies) to ensure the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget
• Manage scope and identify up- and/or cross-sell opportunities
• Effectively manage all risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Select and effectively use a variety of delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Provide reliable financial forecasts to the management

• Academic degree in a commercial or technical field of studies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experiences at managing complex delivery engagements, complex technical solution oversight and/or product owner responsibilities
• Scrum Master, SAFe or PMP/ Hermes certification
• Project management, technical and/or sales background
• Personality that thrives in a fast-paced, changing, and demanding work environment where ambiguity is seen as an opportunity
• Collaborative attitude across multiple departments and/or Partners
• High business acumen and proven ability to plan proactively, react quickly when challenges arise, while retaining a laser focus on making business impact
• Advanced language proficiency in German and English
• General flexibility and willingness to travel within DACH
