Job Title: Project Manager – ReportingLocation: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: Negotiable, depending on experienceWhat you’ll be doing:· Development and management of a multi discipline team delivering project controls services throughout the Site, Facilities & Infrastructure business· Leading and managing the production of various Programme/Project reports, including cost, risk & schedule for presentation to senior management and customers· Providing clear and accurate Management Information to the project delivery teams to enable informed decision making· Drive and maintain reporting cadence within the Site & Facilities Project delivery organisation· Work closely with Site & Facilities Heads of Departments to ensure alignment to the function objectives· Supervisory responsibilities and providing information/technical direction and guidance· Coaching members of the team, monitoring their quality of work and contributing to performance managementYour skills and experiences:Essential:· Project Management Qualification or equivalent experience· Previous experience in leading a high performing team· Experience creating and presenting reports· The ability to communicate and able to adapt language to suit different stakeholders at all levels of the business including senior management· A good communicator with the ability to synthesize and present data to all stakeholders at all levels of the business, adapting language accordingly and provide intelligent analysis on cost, schedule and riskDesirable:· Previous experience working within a Site, Infrastructure & Facilities environmentBenefits:As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.The Site & Facilities PMO team:An exciting opportunity to join a newly established PMO function within Site & Facilities.
